The
following information and suggestions will help in planning your
visit.

We begin taking reservations May 1st.
- We
are open Tuesday – Friday in October & November 9:00
am – Noon by appointment only.
- We
welcome all organized groups. Schools, Churches, Daycare's,
Clubs, Home Schools.
- Most
groups spend about 1 to 1 1/2 hours for their total visit.
- Large
groups will be broken down by classes for touring.
- We
have approximately 40 picnic tables under a covered pavilion
for groups wanting to bring a snack or lunch.
- It
is important that groups arrive on time. Please arrive
BEFORE your scheduled appointment. If you have schedule
difficulties please call our office at 770.599.6970 or our cell
404.461.3633 so we know you are running late.
- In
case of stormy weather – we may need to call you and reschedule
your visit or you may call us at 770.599.6970 to verify weather
conditions at our farm.
- This
is an outside activity and students should come dressed for
the day's weather.
- We
provide an area with soap and water for washing hands.
- It
is recommended that teachers bring a table cloth or quilt for
picnics.
- It
is recommended to bring a box and marker to carry the pumpkins
for your class.
- We
provide feed for everyone to feed the catfish and animals.
- Everyone
will receive a free pumpkin mini. Kids love them!
- Everyone
will receive a free pumpkin sticker and spider ring.
- If
for some reason you must cancel your field trip please call
at least 2 weeks in advance. Animal, fish feed and pumpkins
are purchased especially for your class.
- Payment
is due on arrival. We accept cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard
and Discover.
- Siblings
may come with the students... age 2 and under are free.
